Everything you need to know about ordering exclusive pre-order items from Blossom Studio.

At Blossom Studio, honesty and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.

All products in our Exclusive Pre-Order Collection are clearly marked as Pre-Order Items. These products are not currently held in stock at Blossom Studio and are specially sourced from our trusted suppliers after your order has been placed.

Our goal is to offer you access to a wider range of beautiful styles while keeping you informed every step of the way.


What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not currently available in our store.

Once your order has been confirmed and full payment has been received, we place the order with one of our trusted suppliers specifically for you.


Estimated Delivery

Our standard delivery time for pre-order items is:

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to supplier processing times, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Should there be any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible and keep you informed throughout the process.


Payment

Full payment is required when placing a pre-order.

Your order is confirmed and reserved once payment has been successfully received.


Quality Inspection

Every pre-order item is first delivered to Blossom Studio.

Before your order is shipped, we carefully inspect each item to ensure it meets our quality standards before it is packaged and dispatched to you.


Shipping

Once your item has been inspected, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Courier tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Supplier Availability

Although we work closely with trusted suppliers, product availability cannot always be guaranteed.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, Blossom Studio will contact you immediately and offer one of the following options:

  • A full refund
  • Store credit
  • An alternative product of similar style and value (if available)

Orders Containing In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will normally be shipped together once the pre-order item has arrived.

If you would like your in-stock items delivered sooner, we recommend placing separate orders or contacting us before completing your purchase.


Size Selection

Please choose your size carefully before placing your order.

As every pre-order item is specially sourced specifically for you, we are unfortunately unable to exchange pre-order items for a different size once the supplier order has been placed.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. Our team will gladly assist you with measurements and sizing advice to help you make the best choice.


Returns & Defective Items

We take great care to inspect every item before it leaves Blossom Studio.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once the issue has been assessed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement (where available)
  • A repair (where appropriate)
  • A refund where required by applicable South African consumer law

Please note that pre-order items cannot be returned or exchanged because an incorrect size was selected or due to a change of mind, as they are specially ordered specifically for each customer.


Changes & Cancellations

As pre-order items are specially sourced for individual customers, cancellations or order changes may not be possible once the supplier order has been placed.
